Glenn Clarida is our Customer Service and Engagement Manager, who’s been with GoShorty from the very start. His previous work in the financial industry equipped him with a strong insight into the commercial landscape, and an ability to demystify complex processes for our customers - and occasionally colleagues! Glenn’s passionate about delivering amazing customer service - speaking to people, solving problems, and assisting in any way he can is his favourite aspect of the job. Heading up our customer service and engagement team, he leads by example - connecting with customers via a variety of channels, including social media, phone calls, emails, and our website’s live chat. Glenn’s responsible for the fact that there’s always someone available to respond to customers and our online reviews.
