Graeme’s focus has always been on simplifying experiences for consumers, ensuring the delivery of excellent products and customer service. He’s also obsessive about brand, UX, and UI design, which he regards as imperative when it comes to building trust in insurance. As a pioneer in social media for customer care, he’s been ahead of the digital curve for years and continues to push innovation when it comes to putting digital first in the insurance industry.
