In 2023, we were honoured to win ‘Personal Lines Broker of the Year’ at the Insurance Times Awards. This prestigious award recognised our dedication to providing great cover at fair prices, paired with exceptional customer service. After seven years of relentless work developing our offering and customer experience, winning our first major award was a truly special milestone for the team.
In 2024, we were thrilled to win ‘Personal Lines Broker of the Year’ again, this time at the National Insurance Awards, which celebrate excellence across the general insurance sector. The award recognised our outstanding brokerage practices and our continued commitment to delivering the highest standards for our temporary insurance customers across the UK.
It was a double celebration at the National Insurance Awards 2024, as we also took home the ‘Innovative Product Award’. This award recognised the way we’ve expanded access to niche and non-standard insurance through our temporary car insurance, van insurance, and learner insurance offering, including products like impound release insurance, which helps drivers secure the cover they need whenever they need it.
